Adriano Fregona and Rosanna Sanguinetti
PLASTICS was established in 1964 by Adriano Fregona and Rosanna Sanguinetti. After working in Milan, they returned home and decided to set up a plastic moulding business using the expertise and the contacts Adriano had made while working in a company which produced presses for injection moulding.
1964: it all started in a garage
hey started their business in 1964 in a small garage with just one press. As time went by, Adriano and Rosanna bought more presses and the business began to grow.
In 1971 PLASTICS moved to new premises and hired its very first employee. Over the next few years, PLASTICS opened its own precision mechanics workshop and began building injection moulds.
It built its second building in 1991 and transferred almost all its production to the current facilities in Via U. Bracalenti 2/4, Limana – Belluno.
In 1990, and then in 1995, their daughters joined the company, Beatrice in sales and administration and Sofia in procurement and logistics. Today they are the co-owners of the company.
In 2018 Adriano passed away and his wife, Rosanna, took his place as Sole Director.
The company has an all-female management team, with each member playing a key role in the company’s strategy and management.
